Thank you for booking a CRM Power Hour with Soof CRM. These terms are designed to keep things clear and respectful for both of us. By completing payment, you agree to the following:

Scope of Services
The Power Hour is a single, 60-minute consulting session focused on providing expert advice, feedback, or strategic recommendations related to your CRM and business systems.
No implementation, hands-on work, or deliverables are included unless explicitly agreed upon in writing after the session.

Payment and Scheduling
Payment is due in full at the time of booking to secure your session.
You may reschedule your session with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations or reschedules with less than 24 hours’ notice are not refundable.

Refund Policy
Because this is a live, time-based service, payments are non-refundable once the session has been completed. If technical or scheduling issues arise on my end, you will be offered a reschedule at no additional cost.

Confidentiality
All information shared during the session will be treated as confidential. However, please avoid sharing sensitive credentials (such as passwords or access tokens) unless specifically requested and safely transmitted.

Intellectual Property
All frameworks, materials, templates, and methodologies shared during or after the session remain the intellectual property of Soof CRM. You are welcome to use what we discuss internally for your business but may not resell, redistribute, or republish any materials provided.

Limitations of Liability
Advice given during the Power Hour is based on the information provided at the time of the session and is intended for educational and strategic purposes. Soof CRM is not responsible for outcomes, losses, or system changes implemented by you or your team after the session.

General Terms
These Power Hour Terms & Conditions are governed by the same general policies outlined in the Soof CRM website Terms & Conditions, available at soofcrm.com/terms-conditions. In case of conflict, these Power Hour terms take precedence for this specific service.
